This kid does not care if he gets banned... even though crystal bow aren't aloud

Why you are reporting this person:I told him that crystal bow aren't aloud, but he decides to continue, so i suppose he should get banned?

Have they done this before: he doesn't take ppls advice, to not doing things that are not right, so he might've done it before, or maybe not, but on my perspective, he have.
